Concrete Batching Plant
Plants with 25-240m³/h mixing capacity are available with PLC automatic control and evenly mix. Types include stationary, mobile, drum, mini etc.

Mini/small Type Concrete Batching Plant
Mixing Capacity: : 25-75 m³/h
Features: Small/mini concrete batching plants are designed for quick and easy erection and simple transportation.
It consumes less space on site and gives accurate output, having whole plant assembly on single chassis with material feeding conveyor so no need to make ramp to feed the bins of the plant, comes with PLC based control panel which makes plant operating easy and trouble free.

Stationary Concrete Batching Plant
Mixing Capacity: 25-240 m³/h
Features: Stationary concrete plant can be fixed on the site or located near to the construction sites. AJ series stationary concrete batching plant can mix concrete of 25-240 m³ with one mixer in one hour.
To improve larger productivity, we also provide 2AJ series concrete batching plant, that means two mixers working at the same time.


Mobile Type Concrete Batching Plant
Mixing Capacity: 25-120 m³/h
Features: AJY mobile concrete plant is very suitable for short term or medium term projects to produce plastic concrete, dry hard concrete, etc. It can be dragged by a tractor, which enables convenient and quick movement and installation without foundation and debugging. Asphalt Mixing Plant/Bitumen Mixing Plant
Stationary type asphalt mixing plant is some kind of compact asphalt mixing plants for production of a high-quality asphalt mixture with stable production and low emission. The capacity of Stationary type asphalt mixing plant ranges from 40t/h to 320t/h. Stationary type asphalt mixing plant adopts modular design. Impact Crusher
Hard materials can not be crushed, such as basalt, granite, river stone, etc. Normally impact crusher is used for crushing of materials that are not very hard say “soft material” and materials that are non-abrasive. For example limestone, coal, gypsum, seeds etc.

VSI Sand Making Machine:

Cement Silo
Boltsman provides storage silos for powder products, such us: cement, fly ash, lime, sand, etc. The storage capacity varies from 50 ton to 2000 ton. We mainly manufacture three types of cement silos, there are welded cement silos, bolted type cement silos and horizontal cement silos. Each of them is used in different project according to our clients requirements.

Features of Welded Silo:

Bolted Type Cement Silo:

Features of Welded Silo:
Bolted silos are the best choice for long distance transportation (as 3 silos with 3 sets of screw conveyors, hoder, filters and other equipment can be fit in one 40FT open top container). While offering great transportation advantages bolted silos require more time for installation. Our bolted silos have correct water sealing. Silo can be shipped on short distances after being put together.


Horizontal Cement Silo
1. Horizontal cement silo (also called mobile cement silo, mobile silos, etc.)
2. Fully equipped with all the necessary components such as the filter system, compressor unit and screw conveyor, etc.

Screw Conveyor
LSY screw conveyor is special equipment that is in sealed circular section shell and continuous transport material via rotary palladium. It is used to transport a variety of meal, granular material, small block material, such as cement, fly ash and ore fines, etc. LSY screw conveyor has features of compact form, small cross-sectional area, light-weight, good leak tightness, high transportation efficiency, flexible process collocation and so on. It adopts universal ball joint feed inlet, in order to be propitious to install, product and damp proof. And it can be used horizontally or tilting, especially suitable for conveying bulk cement from the cement bin to the mixer or to the batching machine.

Concrete Mixer Trucks
Concrete Mixer Truck (cement mixer truck, concrete agitator truck) is a device that homogeneously combines concrete, aggregate such as sand or gravel, and water to form concrete – a powered device that mixes concrete with water and aggregate, such as sand or pea gravel, to make concrete.
